Terms and Conditions for A2P Messaging at MPAC

1. Introduction

This document outlines the terms and conditions for the use of Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging services provided by Mark Burns For US Congress (MBC). By opting into MBC's messaging services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Opt-In Process

To receive messages from MBC, you must actively opt-in by visiting (team.markburns.org/optin) or by replying to a message from MBC. Opt-in is considered valid once you have received a confirmation message from MBC.

3. Message Content

Messages from MBC will include appointment confirmation and reminder information. Messages will be sent twice a week, as per the agreed schedule. Sample message end-user will receive once opt-in:

"Hey Jeb, You've successfully opted in to receive messages from Mark Burns For Congress.

Mark Burns For Congress | Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages twice a week. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected].

4. Opt-Out

To unsubscribe from MBC's messaging services, reply with "STOP" to any message received from MBC.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
